Barbecuing Safety Tips
-Wash hands throughly before and after handling food.
-Defrost frozen meats completely in refridgerator or mircrowave.
-Coat cooking grid with oil to prevent sticking.
-Use a meat thermometer to check doneness on large cuts of meat. Near the end of cooking
time, insert thermometer at the thickest part of the meat. Do not have thermometer touch any
bones.
-Always transfer cooked food from the grill to the table using clean utensils.
-Always keep water at hand.
-Always keep children and pets away from hot grill.
