Banana's Flambe


1/4 cup brown sugar 4 bananas

Juice of one lemon 3 tablespoons Grand Mariner

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 2 tablespoons pecan, halves

1/4 teaspoon allspice


Place brown sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, and allspice in a skillet. Heat mixture on grill

or side burner on medium heat until boiling. Stirring well. Peel the bananas and slice into

quarters, slicing lengthwise. Add to skillet and cook 3-4 minutes. Add pecans. Pour

Grand Mariner into skillet. When mixture starts to sizzle, Flambe using a long match.

Serve warm over ice cream. Serves 4.
