Pineapple With Maple Syrup
1 whole pineapple, quartered and sliced 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup maple syrup 1/2 teaspoon Grand Marnier
Quater fresh pineapple lengthwise, remove core and cut in 1/2 inch slices. Cut along shell
to separate the slices, keeping the slices on top of the shell. Place the quarter shell side
down on a preheated barbecue. Grill on medium for 15 minutes, or until heated through.
Combine remaing ingredients in a small bowl and baste the pineapple with the mixture
ever 5 minutes. Serves 6.
