Trout Stuffed With Cream Cheese
1/2 cup soften cream cheese 2 teaspoons horse radish
1/3 cup toasted chopped walnut 2 teaspoons salt and pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice 4 whole trout cleaned
Combine all ingredients together in a bowl until fairly smooth. Cut 2 to 3 diagonal slashes
in each side of the trouts. Spread cream cheese evenly inside each trout. Grill over
medium high heat about 10 minutes, turning once until flesh flakes easisly with a fork.
Serve garnished with lemon slices. Serves 4.
