Grilled Lobster Tails
Ingredients
2 tablespoons lemon juice 1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup butter melted 1/8 teaspoon dried tarragon
1/2 teaspoon salt 6 lobster tails
Directions
Combine all ingredients, stirring well, set aside. Split lobster tails length wise, cutting
through upper shell and meat, but not bottom shell. Press shell halves apart to expose
meat. Baste with sauce. Grill over medium heat, shell down 20 minutes. Turn and grill an
additional 5 minutes until desired doneness. Serve remaining sauce with Lobster. Serves
6.
