Grilled Jaws (Shark)


6 (1/2 inch thick) shark steaks 1 1/2 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped

1/4 cup Italian Salad Dressing 1 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

1/4 cup water 1 1/2 teaspoon dry sherry

1 1/2 teaspoon dried basil 2 garlic cloves, minced


Combine all ingredients together in a bowl, mixing well. Pour marinade over steaks and

marinate for 20 minutes. Grill fish over medium heat in a grilling basket. Basting frequently

6 to 8 minutes each side till fish easily flakes when tested. Serves 6.
