Mint Lamb Chops
1/3 cup mint jelly 1 garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar Salt and pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil 8 lamb chops
Combine first 5 ingredients and mix well. Marinate chops 1 hour or overnight. Grill over
medium heat till chops are barely pink inside. Basting with marinade, bring marinade to a
boil over high heat until thick. Serve with chops. Servs4-6.
