Meats Page 49 (From Barbecuing Made Easy)

Grilled Flank Steak     


1 (1-1/2 lb) flank steak 2 tablespoons Worcestshire sauce

1/2 cup olive oil 1 1/2 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 tablespoon parsley, chopped 2 teaspoons dry mustard

3 tablespoons white vinegar 1 teaspoon ground pepper

3 tablespoons lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt


Combine all the ingredients with olive oil, mix well. Place steak in a non metallic

container. Pour marinate over steak. Cover and marinate in refridgerator for at least 2

hours. Remove from marinate. Grill steaks over high heat 10 to 12 minutes on each side.

Test for desired doneness. Slice steak diagonally across the grain into thin slices. Serves
