Scallops and Bacon Appetizers
Ingredients
2 tablespoons vegetable oil 1 lb scallops
2 tablespoons lemon juice 1/2 lb bacon
1/4 teaspoon black pepper Lemon wedges
Directions
Combine oil, lemon juice, and pepper in a large bowl. Add scallops and marinate 30-60
minutes. On side burner pre cook the bacon. Cut the bacon in half. Wrap bacon around
the scallops secure with toothpick. Grill on high heat 5-7 minutes, turning to cook evenly
till bacon is done. Serve with lemon wedges. Serves 4-8.
