Easy Herb Grilled Chicken
Ingredients
1 teaspoon dried thyme, oregano 4 chicken leg quarter backs attached
1 teaspoon crumbled rosemary 2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
In a small bowl combine thyme, oregano, rosemary, and salt. Brush chicken all over with
olive oil. Sprinkle herb mixture all over chicken. Grind a generous amount of black
pepper over chicken pieces. Place chicken pieces on a microwave safe platter, large
enough to hold in a single layer. Arrange with meaty portions on the outside. Cover
loosely with wax paper and microwave on high for 18 minutes. Transfer chicken to
medium hot grill. Grill 20 to 30 minutes until golden brown and no longer pink. Serves 4.
