Dry Spice Rub


3 1/2 tablespoons paprika 1 teaspoon red pepper

2 teaspoons seasoned salt 1 teaspoon dried oregano

2 teaspoons garlic salt 1 teaspoon chili powder

2 teaspoons black pepper 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard


Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Use on large cuts of meats. Marinating several hours. Yield 1/2 cup.
