Mustard-Bourbon Glaze 


3 tablespoons Dijon Mustard 1/4 cup brown sugar

3 tablespoons Bourbon 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce

1/4 cup soya sauce


Combine all ingredients together, mix well. Can be used as a marinade for pork or

chicken. Baste frequently while grilling meats. Yield 1/2 cup.
